"Print Preview" button disappeared when upgraded to Mountain Lion.

I recently upgraded from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion.

Unfortunately, the "Print Preview" button has disappeared when I'm trying to print something while in Firefox. It's there while in Safari.

I see there is an "Open PDF in Preview" alternative under the PDF button, but when I select that, it takes a long time for the preview to come up. Was much faster when there was an actual Print Preview button when had Snow Leopard.

Any ideas how to get the Print Preview button back when trying to print while in Firefox (and Mountain Lion)?

Thanks brenden dv for your response!

But when I select Print, what comes up is a "Print" instruction box that does not have a small preview of the document, and this is when I'm in the extended version of the "Print" instructions box. The only way I can get such to appear is to select "Open PDF in Preview", wait for the full size preview to come up (takes much time) and then I just discovered that I can subsequently get the small preview to appear, if after I get the full size preview to open up, I select "Print" again (and the full size preview is still open). Then the small preview appears - - as it should from the very first time I selected "Print."

Why do I have to go through so many steps to get the small preview to appear? How do I fix it so that it appears the first time I select "Print?"

Thank you in advance for any more help you can give!
